At AES Biologics, leadership is grounded in an understanding of how much is at stake and what it takes  to move a program forward responsibly.   Our leadership team includes scientists, engineers, and operations leaders who have spent their careers in biologics development and GMP manufacturing. Several have more than 30 years of experience helping bring new treatments to market, supporting programs through technical challenges, regulatory scrutiny, and critical scale-up decisions.
